The killing of a 19-year-old suspect who was riding in a car in Memphis, the capital city of the state of Tennessee in the United States, resulted in the deaths of four persons and injuries to three more. During a conference with the media, the Memphis police chief stated that an individual by the name of Ezekiel Kelly had been detained following the shooting. The man who was apprehended had been driving around in a stolen vehicle for several hours while firing shots at random locations.
