Your body is the most precious gift given to you by nature. It needs to be taken care of for its proper functioning. Many times your body falls prey to some diseases. This is due to carelessness towards your health. Therefore, it is very important to keep yourself healthy by implementing some of the health tips.

The right nutrition acts a fuel to different human body parts. Adequate amounts of carbohydrates, vitamins, and proteins are required by the body. This is all provided by a healthy diet. The human body is made up of 70% water. It can go without food for days, but cannot go without water. The body gets dehydrated and you might collapse. Therefore, ample water should be taken for the proper functioning of body parts.

You must exercise daily to improve cardiovascular fitness and keep the bones and muscles strong. A few minutes brisk walks or daily running a few kilometers keeps the body fit and flexible. You should do what makes you happy. Happiness is the key to a healthy life. Do not stress yourself for little things. You should find some time for fun and play in your life.

Proper sleep is very important to stay fresh and disease free. You should sleep 6-8 hours a day. Inadequate sleep makes you tired and more prone to illness. Avoid using mobile phones and laptops in dark. The structure of the eye is such that the rays might harm them severely.

You should never ignore the physical, mental and emotional signals conveyed by your body. These are the warning bells given by your body to you that something is wrong with it. A mentally sound body is physically fit always. It is only when you feel good about yourself, you will actually be healthy.
