Knowing God with The Wise Advice From the Pastor Ron Hindt

Jesus Christ the son of God was sent on this Earth to reveal to you what God desires of you. Pastor Ron Hindt, the founder of Calvary Community church Houston, Texas says that you were designed to know and understand god in a personal way and to establish a very close relationship with Him. The development and enhancement of this relationship, takes one a step towards securing a place in their heavenly abode after their death.

It is always very easy to say that you have not sinned, but there is no human who can be without sin. It is very difficult to not sin in a world replete with all the attractiveness of evil. It is thus important to humble yourself and accept that you are a sinner. Once you get a hold of the inequities of your life you will be able to go closer to God, because it is only when you realize that you do not have Jesus in your life that you will seek out for Him.

When you have reached this stage of understanding, Pastor Ron Hindt says that you will slowly realize the kind of sacrifice Jesus has made for you.  When it is said that Jesus died on the cross to atone for the sins of man, it does not mean that it was for the sinners who lived then. It means that He gave His life as reparation for the sins of the entire mankind, that was, that is and that is to be.

Jesus took away the sins of all humans when He bore all the pain and laid down His Life on the cross. Perhaps this can be considered to be the good news from God that “God so loved the world that He gave His only son.” This sacrifice of God should make one realize the extent of God’s love for his greatest creation – the human race.

This unconditional love of God should be enough for one to repent for their sins, and the Bible tells that “repent for your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away.” Repenting for sins is made complete when one makes a conscious effort not to repeat the wrongs he/she has done. The repentance becomes tangible when one thinks of doing things that are good in the eyes of God   and seeking Him instead of running away from Him.

However, an authentic Christian is one who gives the reins of his life into the hands of Jesus, who knows the importance of His presence in one’s life. It is thus that one should prepare to receive Christ into his life and surrender everything unto Him and make your heart His residence, for Jesus said, “Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened to you.”

Following the Bible diligently, believing in its every word and making it fruitful in your life can guarantee you not just a lifetime of happiness but an afterlife of bliss as well.
